After 20 minutes of waiting to be spoken to . I then had hair washed it was pulled tightly with freezing water and my hair got Caught in the plug hole. I then asked for some side bangs. She gave full on short bangs. I now look a disgrace. NEVER GO HERE. HAIR NIGHT MARE. BETTER OF AT SUPER CUTS.
