Would rate no star if it was possible. Total waste of time I needed a washer for my washing machine hose. How difficult could that be ? Apart from showing me a full display of washers and telling me he knew nothing about washing machines he could not help me. He went to speak to the man that knew about washing machines but he was having his lunch. Obviously he would not help When I suggested he checked a new hose to see which washer I required he went away to speak to the only man who had the knowledge!!! No luck again as he was having his lunch. I was then told again he knew nothing about washing machines and the other two assistants said they did not know anything either. I left and went to Jewsons They just checked online gave me the washers and showed me how to turn off the water and fit. Simple
